For everyone asking how to open the pulsator, you have to pop the center cap up exposing the bolt and then try like hell to get that bolt to loosen. And yes it is lefty loosey. You can Google “how to loosen pulsator bolt,” and find many videos on YouTube .It took me two days to get mine undone. and the only way I finally got it to loosen up was to heat it with a long handle candle lighter.
People are questioning why her washer is so dirty. I reckon it’s from work clothes and play clothes. Over time, those dirts piled up hence the dirt on the bottom of her washer.
